Please be aware that The Wild Strays Store is a new venture for us and so some teething issues may occur in regards to delivery costs/times while we get used to this new process! We can only hope that you will bless us with your patience but continue to keep us updated on our service so we can work out problems as and when they arise!
We will endeavor to ensure you receive your items within 3-5 working days of your order date and personally guarantee updates be delivered to your inbox should this not be achievable!
All UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. Additional delivery options can be requested but may require a supplement shipping charge. Current charges are based on averages across stock types and include packaging/handling; all of which are subject to review.
International orders are possible but may require in-depth review of delivery costs until a standard can be established.
This may be done on a case by case basis depending on business needs.
